嗚嗚~
以前就知道自己體脂不低 大學量都差不多快30
結果~前兩天朋友來家裡~順便帶他的體脂機來
嚇死我的毛~~~~
我體脂肪竟然飆到35%
而我的內臟脂肪率只有2%
雖然我不是瘦子
體重53
這樣的體脂肪~還真是讓我著實嚇了一大跳
我該默默把我的高級衣架(x-bike) 拿出來用了@@"
有沒有誰有推薦什麼方法
爬文都是在說運動~
當然是我也會運動拉^^
只是飲食有沒有要特別注意什麼(少吃油膩這點我明白)
