請問板上各位有喜歡熬夜的人嗎?
我幾乎每天熬夜...
不是兩三點就是四五點才睡
起床都覺得自己身體的肌肉都沒修復夠
就得起床了 : (
然後去學校在上課或是在漫畫屋睡覺哈哈哈哈
只是每次睡醒就全身僵硬
脖子痠痛阿阿阿
最羞恥的是
往往在學校上課睡覺
不知道為什麼都會做夢
每次醒來
我都很擔心的看著旁邊的女生
有沒有用異樣的眼光看著我
其實是上來請教如何穩定的在運動過後進入睡眠
因為幾乎每天運動做完就快12點了 真的睡不太著~
簡單的瑜珈或是柔軟操之類的會有幫助嗎?
