三餐內容
早餐:早餐店漢堡+1杯大冰紅(偶爾加一份蘿蔔糕)
午餐:便當一個(排骨),三樣菜
晚餐:乾麵一碗OR果醬土司4片(兩片其中一面塗果醬)
日常作息時間:早餐時間10:00左右(睡到中午就沒吃)
午餐時間13:00左右(早餐沒吃也不會多吃)
晚餐時間18:00~19:00
睡覺時間1:00~9:00
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:每天15:00慢跑一小時內
距離不清楚(因為是跑提防)
我的問題:希望可以在暑假結束前看到一點成果
想請問在晚餐到睡覺的時間可以拿來做哪些有益減肥的運動?
標題這樣打是因為之前由於世足賽的關係
整整一兩個月都是快天亮才睡覺睡到快下午
吃的方面也是想吃就吃,半夜肚子餓了就會自己弄東西吃
吃完就躺著看電視直到睡著,完全糜爛的一個作息
飲料也是想喝就喝,所以現在改成這樣還在適應中
還有想邊跑步又想要曬黑的話什麼時間跑比較好?
雖然這個版不是很提倡以體重數字來當作目標
但我還是很希望可以在暑假結束前以減個5公斤來當作目標
請大家指教囉!
