沒吃到基代,真的有那麼嚴重嗎??? - 減肥

我知道這樣的標題一定會有人出來炮我,但這是我一直以來的疑惑.....
吃的過少,身體會自動調整降低熱量消耗,這種理論我相信,動物冬眠不就是這樣嗎???
只是動物冬眠結束回復正常飲食後好像沒有變成大胖子吧???
但是很多人言之鑿鑿的論點是~
如果基代降低,當你回復正常的飲食,身體仍會以低基代的饑荒模式運作,
把熱量以脂肪的方式屯積,然後就會造成復胖,
這種邏輯我就不是那麼能理解了,因為當我回復正常的飲食後,
身體難道不會因為發覺到熱量吸收多了而把基代自動調高嗎???
總不成身體會一輩子把基代放在那麼低吧???
或許調高的時間上會有落差吧,但這時間會長到變得更胖嗎???
我覺得與其把復胖的焦點放在基代變太低,
倒不如放在那些復胖的人在達到減肥目標後,生活型態是不是還能維持在減肥的階段,
減肥成功後如果回到胖子時代那種亂吃不運動的生活型態,怎麼可能不復胖???
