小弟我今天運動完後
剛好總熱量還有一點額度可以吃個小點心
因此就走進便利超商尋找熱量低又可以吃飽飽的東西
忽然發現這個飯糰!!!
薑燒豬肉飯糰
他總熱量只有188大卡
蛋白質5.3克
而且重點是脂肪只有0.9克
太神奇了
這時候我就很好奇大家的點心都吃些什麼
大家交流交流
