便當的熱量&自助餐主菜的選擇? - 健身

這陣子想認真減脂
除了盡可能多運動外,也開始會挑食物吃
因為本身是外食族,附近的兩間自助餐店
A是蔬菜選擇非常少(幾乎只有高麗菜、A菜可以夾)又油到爆表
只是肉類有蒜泥白肉可以選
B的蔬菜選擇性多很多,相較之下也比較不油
所以最近都吃B家,但主菜一直讓我挺煩惱
因為他們家沒有蒜泥白肉(自己所知熱量顯得較低的肉類)
放眼望過去,頂多只有滷排骨、煎雞腿排、滷雞腿、蒸魚可以挑
像今天是夾滷排骨(但這看起來還是有稍微炸過)

想知道這樣的熱量大概有多少?
以及如上所述
這樣要吃肉的話我該不會只有蒸魚可以選T_T
主要是自己比較無法天天吃同一種東西(尤其還有分午餐晚餐)
不曉得板友會建議如何取捨呢?還是晚餐乾脆就不要夾肉了
