便當第十四週 宮保雞丁 - 健身

上次去超級市場買菜食發現一罐宮保雞丁的醬,
想說買來試看看,打開罐子聞起來的未到老實說沒有很吸引我,
硬著頭皮煮下去試吃看看還算可以,只是一點都不辣有點失望,
只好自己再加辣椒下去調味,忘記其他配料所以宮保雞丁只有雞肉跟醬哈哈。
旁邊配上了腰豆,蘑菇,炒蛋,跟花椰菜,然後底下藏了糙米。
增重大概還剩下10到12週,目前在167磅希望能到達175磅,
然後開始為夏天減脂肪,估計175磅會在17%體脂左右,
減下來大概會在157~160磅左右然後10%體脂肪。
等我開始減脂煮菜方式可能又要變一下了。
這份便當大約890大卡。
