個人目前狀況與努力目標 - 健身

專程紀錄一下我目前的情況
並期許自己在8月底能達成我的初段目標
上次量INBODY大概是5月初
那時的數據是
身高172 體重61 骨骼肌重29.6 體脂肪重8.1
BMI 20.5 體脂肪率13.4 身體基礎代謝率1506
不過後來準備考試 有休息一段時間 直到7月中才陸續恢復一些運動
目前的運動狀況是
一周重訓一天 只練胸 腰
一周慢跑兩天 每次跑40分鐘以上
一周打一次籃球
期許自己 能在8月底前 增重個1~2KG 體脂能再下降2%
8月底會再測一次INBODY
檢視自己達成目標率
