是這樣的,對外食學生來說,要嚴格做到carb-cycling真的有困難
而且餐費粗估一下,真的要吃到我計算出來的蛋白質(250~300g),我的餐費可能會先爆
如果我改成,早餐午餐正常吃,晚餐宵夜只吃蛋白質跟脂質的話
例如:
早餐蛋餅或三明治
午餐三菜一肉便當
晚餐宵夜吃大約500g的肉類,跟1個鮪魚罐頭和約1000cc的豆漿
這樣子,也能有促進身體使用蛋白質跟脂質做為燃料的效果嗎?
目前擔心的是會造成不上不下的結果...
