我大概每兩三天做一次plank
每次總共大概會做十幾分鐘(4分、3分半、3分這樣做)
做了好幾個月了
現在發現手肘關節在支撐的地方皮膚被磨得很粗 顏色比周圍深
看起來很難看
我已經是在床墊上做了還是這樣啊!
不知道有沒有人有這樣的經驗?是如何解決的呢?
或是有沒有其他動作有相同效果但不傷皮膚的?
