如提
這幾個月開始每天去體育場運動
內容是一天慢跑一天重訓
慢跑剛開始跑個半圈就想躺在地上(一圈800M)
到了現在可以跑完3圈以上
重訓內容是深蹲10下 扶地挺身10下 仰臥起坐10下
各三組
順序是深蹲 仰臥起坐 扶地挺身
剛開始做到扶地挺身的時候就全身都是汗了
第三組都是用生命在做
但是到了最近增加為12下 各4組
不過做完沒有力竭的感覺
出汗也很少
有除了增加組數和次數以外的方法嗎?
盡量是不用上健身房+不用器材的
