最近開始想減肚子 想說仰臥起坐是最好的方法
每天晚上開始做20個仰臥起坐
但是每做一下後背的骨頭都會喀喀的聲響
讓我有點害怕的做不下去
想請問這是正常現象嗎? 還是我的脊椎不太好呢?
那需要去看醫生嗎?
