禮拜五還在歡慶終於降到73.多了
昨天通常都會回升一下 74.多 不太介意
因為是機器的誤差範圍
但是昨天東西吃得比較多
被朋友叫去吃東西
晚上又被塞了一些鹽酥雞當宵夜
估計全天大概有3200卡吧
結果今天早上卻衝到76.x
天阿 是怎麼一回事阿
雖然我昨天是我運動休兵日 而且不知道為何非常疲累
大概睡了有12個鐘頭 是平常的兩倍有
但也不至於一口氣狂暴化吧
雖然體脂還是在歡樂表的21.x
只是感覺實在很不舒服
我被打擊到了
