如仰臥起坐等會訓練肚子的訓練時
常常做沒兩輪就開始肚子就開始抽筋
導致非常難受無法持續
問朋友,朋友說可能是強度或者電解質的問題...
這個問題困擾我好久了 以前高中體適能測驗也常常這樣
求解
