小弟 從小坐姿體前彎連零都摸不到(是負的)
最近一直很想改善柔軟度
看影片去試了彼拉提斯和yoga的 分腿拉筋和貓式
每天持續1hr,柔軟度的確有改善
但是最想改善的腰 還是彎不下來
請教一下各位
有什麼方法姿勢 還是影片 能夠學習的嗎?
關於改進腰的柔軟度
最終是 想要站著就能夠頭貼到膝蓋
