小弟是高三升大一的學生,
小時候非常胖,
得了氣喘後就變得超瘦
(已四年沒發作)
國一只有155/40
每年長10cm,
國中畢業變成185/48
我每天早餐吃兩份,
份量差不多是蔥抓餅+火腿蛋吐司+一個巧克力吐司或一個三明治
中餐大部分吃一個便當,
有時會加個包子之類的小東西
下午有時吃個麵包或餅乾充飢
晚餐吃家裡,差不多一個成年人吃的碗公
半夜會吃宵夜,宵夜通常有啥吃啥
平常會打籃球,
最近忙考試所以一個禮拜大概打個2hr而已
我很努力吃還是胖不了,
是因為作息不正常嗎?
我平常都滿晚睡的(半夜3點左右)
