做苦力前喝哪一種糖水比較好? - 健身

先說一下,因為我們家是種田的,所以需要大量的勞力
每天早上(最起碼夏天都這樣)大概都4點多就要起床工作了
看過板上的文知道早上起床通常血糖都比較低
運動(勞動?)會消耗到肌肉
最好是先吃點東西再上工
但是我們家早上的工作都很趕,實在沒什麼時間吃早餐
大概要做到6點半左右才可以吃幾口食物 (大概是兩口三明治+幾口鮮奶茶這樣)
所以我想說前一天能不能先泡個糖水或蜜茶之類的
工作前或工作中先喝個幾口,提高血糖濃度比較不會這麼慘
目前我們家有蜂蜜、黑糖、二級砂糖
不曉得哪一種泡起來會比較好?還是都沒關係?
直接空腹喝糖水會對胃有傷害嗎?例如胃酸變多之類的
另外,之前我有試過喝稀釋的運動飲料
可是...好像更容易餓耶 @口@
之前沒喝都沒感覺(就只喝水),為什麼加運動飲料的喝了就餓了 Q_Q
