我本身認同運動的確是最好的減肥方式
可是隨著出社會後的忙錄生活
每次九點十點回到家真的只想攤睡
(有時候連洗澡都很懶耶....)
或是就算是下班回家
也還是需要為明天的進度準備
或是繼續今天未完成的工作
種種真實又像藉口的原因讓我已經一兩個月沒做運動了.......
想問大家是怎麼說服自己定期定量的運動呢?
我真的很需要一個引發毅力的點.....
