做重訓做到髕骨外翻,如何拯救QQ - 健身

大家好,
從去年開始下定決心所以開始上健身房上教練課。因為自己身體的問題,
所以不太適合做上半身健身。
而且當時因為教練說要減脂要練下半身,
所以我每次幾乎上課都是練下半身,
從一開始機器的腿推之類的後來開始用史密斯,結果就在近兩個月前,
某天教練說要調整姿勢,
所以用了跟平常不太一樣的角度做深蹲
(當時也才30kg左右而已)
殊不知我隔天膝蓋就開始非常疼痛
(膝蓋前緣),
一開始也以為是跟平常肌肉痠痛一樣,
可能隔幾天就好,
後來發現沒這麼單純,
因為只要蹲、上下樓梯都超痛的!
我也擔心,所以受傷一週後去看了復健科。
復健科醫師用超音波說我是挫傷+發炎。
讓我持續做復健,
一週後幾乎沒什麼改善....
後來我認識的另一個健身教練跟我說感覺蠻嚴重的叫我改去大醫院看,
我就掛了大醫院骨科,
醫生照了X光說是髕骨外翻。
醫生只是叫我每天做抬腳動作100下,
(坐在椅子上,小腿往上抬到大腿平行位置)
結果到現在要兩個月了,
還是沒有改善....
走樓梯真的超痛(尤其是上樓),
一樣無法蹲下QQ
我很怕繼續下去膝蓋會整組壞光光,
而且因為這原因,我停止運動已經有點復胖了,不知到有沒有人有相關經驗,
應該怎麼訓練肌肉才能明顯改善狀況....
另外,像這種狀況真的很尷尬,
因為我會覺得為什麼請了教練我還是受傷了?會不會我之前好好地,可是因為教練教學不夠專業下導致加速受傷??
因為我之前也因為同一位教練教學下別的部位受過傷(腰),所以讓我多少有點無法完全相信他的專業....歸責的部分很尷尬。
