繼上次發表瘦不下來文章後
到目前為止都沒瘦到任何kg數
為什麼呢?
--------------------------------------------------------
早餐:吐司夾蛋+薏仁漿
午餐:便當(固定飯只吃一半)
晚餐:八分滿的白飯+少許的肉食+青菜
平常飲料:不是水就是無糖綠茶
另外最近下班後很常利用時間去運動(打很激烈的籃球)
大約兩個多小時,之後也都沒在進食了阿!!!!
拜託鄉民告訴我,到底是哪理出了問題?
會不會是因為我有痛風,之前都會去打止痛針(不過不常)
聽說如果止痛針如果含有類固醇,類固醇會留在體內很難排出
且會瘦不下來?!!!
各位偉大鄉民告訴我答案!!!
