早餐:無糖豆漿500C.C

午餐:自助餐4炒青菜類+1蛋+小碗飯 or SUBWAY嫩切雞肉堡+可樂500CC
午點:黃金奇異果1顆
晚餐:小碗飯+蒸魚+水煮肉片+炒青菜1至2樣+肉湯
其他:每周約有兩次大餐(朋友聚餐、約會等)
日常作息時間:6點30分起床 約 12點30分就寢
生活型態:8點半上班 午休2小時 5點半下班
上班族 上班需久坐
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、時間長短)
週一 曲線雕塑 1 小時(類似鄭多燕、NTC)
週四 瑜珈 1.5小時
週六 拳擊有氧 1 小時
曲線雕塑 1 小時
另有三天捕魚兩天曬網的快走 1小時/7.5公里
最近因為膝蓋不太舒服所以快走暫時暫停
我的問題:
運動習慣已維持1年左右 體重也瘦下10公斤
但目前在42左右遊走已經兩三個月不見下降(但體脂率從24下降至22)
卡關卡的有點心浮氣躁 不知道該如何繼續增肌減脂讓體重順利掉下來
此外 前幾天看到一篇在問大腿根部粗大的文章
我也是大腿根部粗大的受害者
直筒褲完全與我無緣 穿褲子很挑版型 但穿短裙窄裙等則完全沒有問題
我走路算是滿嚴重的內八 所以大腿外側跟後側囤積特別多的脂肪
我的臀圍約84公分 但把量尺往下 大腿外側圍有88公分
單測量大腿的話 最粗的地方是52公分......
大腿外側圍度比臀圍還大 比例整個很可怕
看之前的PO文有照片 都沒有比我的大腿根部粗大可怕......
因此想請教大家 如何雕塑大腿外側跟後側 讓大腿看起來稍微細一些
同時可以讓我擺脫停滯期的地獄呢
