晚餐食物的選擇 - 健身

之前有發文問過,感謝不少版友糾正並告訴我正確的飲食方向
我目前三餐原則就是早餐吃好點,然後中餐就簡單的自助餐三菜+白飯
最後晚餐幾乎不碰澱粉,只補充蔬果和蛋白質
不過目前遇到一個問題,就是我不知道晚餐該吃甚麼東西比較OK.....
因為住在學校附近,晚餐賣的東西大部分還是以飯食麵食為主= =
想買不含澱粉的食物當晚餐還滿困難的....
加上我是FITNESS版新手,所以看版娘的文像在看密密麻麻的天書一樣難懂= =
所以希望有人能給我建議,告訴我如果晚餐只想補充蛋白質不吃澱粉的話
有甚麼樣的食物可以選擇???請給我比較簡單的方向
