停滯期的有氧與重訓 - 健身

從五月長泳至今
六月份至今的菜單是2000m 自由式不停
但不知道是為何體重就沒有再往下掉了
六月份生理期也延遲了三個禮拜
不過長泳提升肺活量 在昨天慢跑有明顯的效果!
從前跑第四圈就累得半死 (一圈約350m 因為是跑綠園道)
昨天靠著韻律呼吸 跑了十圈都還不會很喘
只是大腿真是非常痠阿
停下來有慢慢走讓痠痛感降低了點
warm up 跟 cool down 都有做
今天大腿和背肌有小小的鐵
目前有氧打算一週繼續游四天泳 (之前游五天但最近暑假太多人)
沒游泳的晚上就慢跑 (但目前體重還很重 77.7kgs/166cm)
但重訓我實在不知道該怎麼進行才好
之前在健身房有上過body pump 但目前沒去了
