健康減肥將近3個月的小小心得~ - 減肥

潛水很久~~也拖了很久才終於上來po減肥將近3個月的小小心得~
先附上對照圖,裡面有些數據可以看出一些成果:)

因為國中曾經是70公斤的小胖妹,當時用不當的節食瘦下來,雖然瘦到50公斤,
但卻成了泡芙體質,後續就一直在復胖中渡過…
(因為觀念不正確,只擔心怕胖變重,每天只敢吃2餐,不敢喝太多水…)
今年6月中會想減肥的原因其實蠻傻的,是為了以後穿婚紗能美美的,
(但當時的男友並沒有打算結婚... 所以現在變"前"男友了XD)
因為是泡芙體質,也不想一直再復胖,所以這次決定一定要健康的運動瘦下來!!!
原本沒想過自已會堅持下去,所以也從fitness版學到很多正確的飲食觀念,
然後配合飲食控制(每天三餐都吃,水喝多)及作息(每天11點左右睡,早上8點醒),
一開始先選擇瑜珈這個自已比較喜歡的運動當成第一步,
開始上瑜珈半個月後,感覺到強度不夠,然後接觸到快走這個運動,
一開始是半強迫自已的方式,希望能養成運動的習慣,所以我每天都運動
之後就喜歡上快走這個運動,每天下班後就會接著去上瑜珈90分鐘,然後快走約40分鐘
就這樣持續每天運動1個多月後,很明顯體力、身體健康狀況、皮膚跟氣色也都慢慢變好,
之後我又再加入鄭多燕,然後過半個月後再把有氧換成比利大叔(拳擊有氧)
到8月底體重跟體脂已經快達到目標時,經由朋友的建議,開始加入重訓
重訓的部份是公司有同事會帶我,也有一份自已的重訓有氧運動菜單~
到現在是將自已的運動菜單改為重訓比例高,有氧也仍然持續做(但比例降低)
只能說~ 重訓真的很快樂!! 尤其是練腿跟胸的時候XD
養成運動習慣真的很重要,不管外在或心境上也都改變很多(所以才會分手XD)
這段過程中,週遭的朋友跟同事們也都會紛紛給予讚美及鼓勵,
然後慢慢看到自已的改變,真的很開心~
最近最開心的一件事是深蹲有了一點小成果,把我的扁屁股漸漸變翹中!!!
(每天都在摸自已的屁股@@)
這次放的照片是才剛開始重訓2週時 (目前已經持續重訓2個月~)
等到未來重訓有更明顯的成果後,再放照片上來跟大家分享喜悅!
繼續加油~~ 重訓真的會讓人上癮!!! XD
