事情是這樣的
原PO原本最近都在家跳KITTY或鄭多燕
但發現 心跳無論如何都不可能維持130 持續30分鐘呀
通常跳完一停下來馬上算心跳的話 大約都只有110左右甚至不到
(KITTY加前後暖身收操也只有45分 中間也只有一小段比較喘 鄭多燕就不用說了)
所以前天再度嘗試去快走 約莫35分鐘
昨天和今天 小腿前面外側的筋(小腿前側骨頭的旁邊) 酸又痛
連趕上班走路都快走不動
我的快走基本上量力而為 中間有小小穿插小跑步(很少)
走完有大流汗 喘度有比跳操喘一點 心跳因為來不及測所以不確定
我想問的是
1.酸痛的部位在小腿前方是正常的嗎
還是我走路姿勢不對 或 鞋子影響 或 純粹是我太弱(以前完全不運動 逛街也懶惰)
(鞋子不是什麼專業慢跑鞋 只是一雙有加軟墊的休閒布鞋)
2.很多心得文分享跳有氧操瘦身成功 但動作太快的跟不上 不夠快的好像無法提升心跳
一般來說 健身操也大部分約40分鐘上下 真的能達到有氧消脂的效果嗎
還是其實要連續跳兩片(倒)
另外 開始跳有氧後感覺小腿很腫脹 但我跳完會小拉筋一下
洗完澡睡前也會抬腿
現在開始不知到底要做哪項運動了(我怎麼問題那嚜多
我的目標放在降低體脂肪 減重當然有最好 但不是首要任務
拜託各位大大給我點意見 超過一週了 一點心得或成績都沒有>"<
