請各位幫我看看運動項目 強度與頻率
如何避免大腿變粗
每週運動狀況如下
飛輪團課5次 每次40分鐘 都騎到汗流浹背
瑜珈團課1次 每次1小時 主為拉筋及訓練柔軟度
body pump團課1次 深蹲的重量適中 因為不希望大腿變粗
游泳或跑步30分鐘
