健身中心有(類似)單槓幫助矯正的器材嗎? - 健身

我本身有脊椎側彎,醫生建議的兩個復健動作是游泳跟拉單槓
不太敢考慮住家附近的學校或公園是因為下班後比較晚
四周一片漆黑,一個人去怕危險
之前去過健身中心沒特別注意裡面是否有單槓...
所以想請問有去健身中心的版友是否知道裡面有類似單槓的器材
可以讓我自己每天自己做復健....
