平常就有健身重訓的習慣,也很積極再控制飲食與熱量的攝取
三餐都會盡量以原型食物為主,假日的話就會稍微放縱一點
最近比較困擾的就是早餐的部份,我自己最常吃的就是燕麥搭配無糖豆漿
不然就是地瓜搭配水煮蛋,不過吃久了也次有點膩...
有時候都會很懷念早餐店的食物,像是蛋餅、漢堡或是吐司
不過又很怕熱量過高…會超過我一整天的攝取標準值
前陣子一直被漢娜燒到麥味登的雞肉滿分堡
真的是有一整塊雞胸肉,再加一顆蛋也更有飽足感
這幾天吃下來覺得好滿足啊!!!
不知道大家還有甚麼健人早餐可以推薦給我嗎?
