重訓的重量不增加還有效果嗎 - 健身

新手疑惑很久的問題
假如重訓的重量達一定程度後,都不再增重
每次訓練都維持相同的重量
隨著肌力上升可能就不再會有痠痛感了
那這樣訓練的結果會是
1. 肌肉開始衰退
還是
2. 肌肉維持相同水準不進不退
呢?
