大家好 目前很迷茫
不知道該減脂還是增肌
我知道新手是能同時進行的
但對於飲食方面等等都不瞭解
目前176公分 80公斤 體脂23-24%
主要訓練項是胸 其餘都有餘力就練
熱身方式都是 簡單拉伸 然後開合跳100下
或是拉伸後踩踩飛輪就開始訓練了
機械式胸推的話 目前最重能推36KG 8下
打算改變訓練方式 降低一些重量 做12下
也是從最低重量慢慢往上增加 當作暖身
最後訓練的重量再算組數 目前已購入
Myprotein蛋白粉、Rogue護腕
以上問題希望有前輩能幫助解答
還要很多沒提到 但腦海中目前沒想法
如還有其它需要指證、建議的 也歡迎!
訓練時間大多數都在半夜 比較內向
跟上班時間也有關係 近期有時
晚上8點下班 有時晚上12點下班
一天當中只有兩餐的進食空間
8點下班就午餐、晚餐
12點就晚餐、訓練後宵夜
