練腿會很想吐有解嗎 - 健身

這個我也有經驗過
讀書的時候學校健身房在地下室
而且是地下停車場旁邊的房間
那空氣之恐怖可想而知
但因為窮學生 免費嘛 加減用
初期真的是每次練都練到吐
吐完回來繼續練
有時候也會頭暈目眩
練腿時尤其
我推測是因為練腿時比較喘 呼吸急促
比較容易造成
所以 換個地方吧
倒是有個問題比較干擾我
我練完腿後坐椅子大約一兩個小時後
很常有抽筋的狀況
而且是痛到無法走路只能爬的那種
不知道能否有人能分享解法
