這是認真健身一年半的before after

前言
兩年前生完兩個小孩覺得身材恢復不錯
至少體重和生前一樣,
開心的去泳池穿比基尼拍照,
然後回家整理照片大驚訝
欸欸欸!怎麼身材已經變成大嬸了
大驚!!!
從佛系健身到認真健身
健身內容
體重一樣 體脂不同看起來會差很多
肌肉還可以增加基礎代謝
30歲還是幾歲開始會掉很多肌肉
所以養肌肉是重要目標
那時候Anllela Sagra是我心中的女神
他的身材也是我的目標 (好敢說啊)
上健身房 遇到教練就給他看我要練成這樣
重訓 一周全三到四天 一次一到兩個小時
搭配控制熱量 自己備餐
增加蛋白質攝取
不會因為仗著有重訓就亂吃
覺得身材變好來去參加健美比賽
開心有得到一個小獎
心得
重訓後審美觀開始改變
除了喜歡蜜桃臀以外
開始追求肩膀 手臂 背的線條
(小孩子才做選擇 我全都要)
背練完的時候

比賽完之後體脂從18%開始增肌
從49kg到現在55公斤
原本消失的胸部好像也長回來了 !
竟然有朋友看到我覺得我變瘦了!
覺得精神都很好了
如果有考試應該可以考一百分
應該會健身到八十歲吧 握拳
