小弟健身新手
在萵苣待了一段時間後
也開始研究健身飲食的問題
一般提到大家提到健身餐
幾乎都有水煮蛋 雞胸肉等主要選擇
但小弟上網查詢了一下其實西蘭花也相當營養呢

以下是我擷取的西蘭花其中幾項好處
*快速恢復
研究表明,維生素C可以幫助我們在大運動的訓練之後,

*皮膚保養

西蘭花在蔬菜類裡面的含有的蛋白質也是比較偏高的
雖然是不及肉類
但綜合來看
我覺得它是很適合當做一個身體機能恢復強化輔助的食物
不常聽到有人提起
其實以前我也很不喜歡吃
自從知道好處多多以後就開始狂吃了
有人也很愛吃西蘭花的嗎~~
