小的健身約半年多,平常都去運動中心自己練。

想把自己練得更壯一些
我的訓練菜單是一個禮拜三次:
分別是
1:胸-握推35kg9~11下三組+
背-下拉50kg7~12下三組+
腿-深蹲25kg12下三組
腹部-仰臥起坐20下三組
還有一些細項的沒列出來
2:肩膀-14kg肩推三組
二頭12kg6下三組+
三頭12kg10下三組+
腿+腹部與上同
以上去做交替循環
平常早餐吃饅頭夾蛋或者豬排蛋餅
中餐晚餐吃便當一隻雞腿、三樣菜或吃素食便當
運動前、後會喝on乳清目前喝第二罐

針對胸部現在一天要來做100下伏地挺身來加強了。
我的疑問是肩膀和二三頭放同一天練效果比較好嗎?有需要調整嗎?
