之前看網路上蠻多人推壓力褲(運動緊身褲)
說可以增加肌肉支撐力、肌耐力、血液循環
還能改善血氧量和緩和疲勞之類的...(被洗爆)
去萵苣練也看到很多人穿,女生男生都有
雖然一件實在不便宜,但還是有好奇買幾件
當時穿去重訓和跑步,感覺還真的有差...
練深蹲和腿推機重量都有提升!腿也較不容易痠
穿去跑步同公里配速也有提升(聽說還能降風阻?)
就這樣持續穿了兩年一直練
某次回老家壓力褲沒帶回來,於是就穿一般短褲搭內褲練
結果反而狀況更好,重訓和跑步表現更好了(重量、公里、配速)
覺得蠻納悶的,所以想調查大大們的經驗
上面說的好處大家哪項比較有感呢?運動表現會有差嗎?
另外跑步那種飄飄褲我也有遇到一樣的情形(就是穿回短褲反而變快...)
