健身後立刻唸書適合嗎? - 美體

現在的我是一名考生
九月起住在板橋
規劃早上七點半起床,吃點小東西
騎車過華江橋走環快右轉漢口街
大概八點出頭到台北健身院
運動到九點後離開..順著漢口街往下到台北車站的補習班吃早餐+開始唸書
(一整個路程規劃的很順XD)
我想請問運動後
沒隔多久就接著唸書好嗎?
版友有沒有相關的經驗,會不會很疲倦
以及..有助於提昇唸書效率嗎?
(健身是我的主要目的,但有助於唸書的話更棒XD)
希望有一邊健身一邊準備考試的版友分享一下看法<(_ _)>
