推文沒講清楚
我指的用cable cross來練投球那種
就真的是以為他在投球
只不過球換成cable加槓片
所以隨著他每一次轉身出手,整台機器就在哀嚎
放下槓片又是一次哀嚎.
這種練習,我個人是看不出可以訓練到甚麼,
讓自己受傷跟搞壞機器可能還快一點.
不如用內胎拉還比較安全一點.
可能是學長帶學弟流傳下來的練習方式吧.
還有一種更誇張的是練單臂過肩摔的.情況就更慘烈.
如果只是單純手在肩上過頭,類似練三頭那種動作當然是沒甚麼好討厭的.
至於專門訓練揮棒的機器,台灣一般健身房大概95%都不會有,我也滿想看一下長怎樣.
