健身房裡面到底有多少比例的人在重訓 - 健身

先說一下我認為的重訓,
就是使用抗衡重力的方式來訓練,(機械式、自由重量)
藉由增加負荷、突破重量來增加肌肉圍度、肌力、爆發力...等身體素質。
個人覺得在健身房常見的訓練方向就是健美、健力、專項運動的加強。
我本人是以體態導向去訓練,
也一直覺得大家進健身房基本上就是來重訓的,
不論是鍛鍊力量還是想改善體態,
健身房都可以滿足方便的環境以及器具。
後來在健身房久了認識到很多其他朋友,
才發現好像大部分的人去健身房,
都是做有氧居多,
除了基本的有氧器材,大多數人都是以團課為主,
甚至會隨著團課老師被挖角而換健身房運動,
還看過現場團課排隊排到店門口的,
或許在健身房以重訓為主的人其實才算少數?
有人有相關的數據或是工作經驗可以分享嗎?
因為我是真的蠻好奇的!
P.S. 主要是討論連鎖健身房啦
因為獨立健身房有團課的可能不多
工作室類型的就更不用說了
