最近在一間健身房運動(可單次消費)
發現運動後有送一杯奶昔! 身為true會員多年感覺很新奇XD
平時沒有喝乳清蛋白的習慣,都直接喝牛奶.優酪乳或是茶葉蛋蛋白
很多人說喝這個對腎臟負擔很大...只是喝一杯也會影響嗎QQ 是每種乳清都對腎臟負擔很
大嗎?那還是一樣喝牛奶,吃食物的原型就好呢?
一杯一百多卡,介紹上寫蛋白質超過8個便當...感覺有點誇張@@

小妹平時的運動量
大概是以下這幾種組合
1.有氧器材1-2小時+重訓40分鐘
2.戰鬥有氧1小時+熱瑜珈1小時
3.有氧30分鐘+重訓40分鐘+熱瑜珈1小時
4.放假有人陪的話 爬山 潛水 自潛
平均每周運動5次,情況許可的話是每天~
這樣有需要喝到乳清蛋白嗎?
第一次喝感覺就是飲料~還不錯,有點心動XD 當然要買我不會買賀寶芙的啦~~
