這是我目前的身材(172/70)
我原本是172/80up,當時只是想減肥,因此,靠著有氧運動+飲食控制,瘦了下來,發現
體態不好看...沒有加入重訓的緣故
我的疑問是,我該上健身房嗎?因為我發現我簡單的徒手訓練都做不太好,沒有基本的肌
力,我該先做做基本徒手訓練嗎?前幾天買了滾輪、伏地挺身器,我的身材還有救嗎?
另外,我需要繼續做有氧運動嗎?還是專心做無氧運動就好?
目標:我想要的身形就是結實的身材而已
