今年30,178/73,吃不胖體質但有點點小腹
目前已知每日所需熱量約3000卡
以肌肥大為目標,目前持續一個月半
早餐:
中式蛋飯糰或鮪魚兩顆蛋吐司等,再搭配一份增肌粉+香蕉
午餐:
標準便當一個,主菜可能是雞胸肉、魚肉、雞腿等
下午:增肌粉一份+鮪魚軟法+香蕉等下午點心,有時候會吃自己帶的水煮雞胸肉150g
晚上:家裡吃,也是標準便當一份,可能還有湯,如果蛋白質不足會補充一份乳清
戒甜食零食飲料等
目前固定三四六日健身,一二休息,以啞鈴、彈力帶、bench訓練,以下單位為公斤

站姿啞鈴二頭彎舉8.5,7.75,7.75,7共四組
坐姿啞鈴二頭彎舉7,7,7,7共四組
錘式二頭彎舉7,7,7,7共四組
以上每組都10下,組間一分半~兩分
三頭、胸、大腿也是類似的訓練方式,每個部位都各三個動作,重量以感受度為主,通
常最後一組的向心收縮都需要借一點力才能完成
四、日
前中後三角肌、斜方肌、上中下背訓練則是各兩個動作,其他則方式都一樣

就腹部而已
其中六日因為接下來休兩天,所以每個部位會再硬加一個輕重量高次數休息時間短,增
加代謝壓力的訓練動作,也是共四組
因為下班回家都快七點...最多練到八點半結束吃飯,實在擠不出更多時間訓練
這樣的訓練量夠不夠呢?
爬文看了很多可是好像找不太到最好的訓練量
最不解的是有些文章提到要用1RM 80%的重量來訓練,問題是這樣的重量到第二或三組時
就力竭,例如二頭彎舉1RM是15公斤,用12公斤訓練連第一組都做不完。這方面希望能替我指點一下?
另外飲食部分有沒有其他建議?
