增肌期開吃,結果越吃越餓.... - 健身

各位巨巨,
糟糕,我又有個新問題了。
大約是2~3週前,我開始認真的排課表和飲食計畫。
目前的飲食計畫我是有嚴格執行,TDEE是2500,
我每天吃到2600~2700。
蛋白質/碳水/脂肪的比例是33/37/30。
看了很多建議是說增肌期碳水要40%以上,但我只要碳水
多吃點,臉就會明顯浮腫,哪怕體重甚至略為減輕都一樣。
所以碳水先吃37%試試,目前就訓練強度的增加以及體態上
小幅度的變化都算滿意。
剛開始的幾天,「吃地有些辛苦」,覺得這麼多東西實在
吃不完,尤其是以前亂吃時期,碳水沒有吃這麼多。
問題來了
前幾週過去後,現在反而是「越吃越餓」....
好比說,剛開始增肌飲食的頭幾天,午餐吃完以後會一直
飽到連晚餐都不想吃(還是會慢慢把晚餐吃完)
但現在變成,我午餐明明吃很飽足,但點心時間還沒到,我
就又想吃東西了....點心吃完後還沒到晚餐時間,又想吃了....
怎麼胃口會突然變得這麼好啊???
現在除了早午晚三餐以外,還有早上練後的點心,午/晚餐
之間的點心,以及睡前一杯蛋白飲。
吃的份量比開始增肌前多了非常多,可胃口似乎停不住....
我這樣,還需要再吃更多嗎?
