健身減脂時的零食 - 健身

去重訓時
有時候會練到肚子有點餓
或是上班日下午容易嘴饞
聽了wg教練和一些巨巨的建議
都是蠻推薦吃一些堅果類的
營養價值高又可以解嘴饞
但本人實在無法 因為對堅果類過敏
所以都變成喝點豆漿類的果腹
可是久了還是會感覺到有點膩
不知道各位巨巨重訓減脂都吃什麼當零食
雞排之類的就不考慮了拉XD
