正常真的會需要這麼多補給品嗎?
之前我請過一個健身教練
他練的很壯 一些比賽也有得過名
但我看他每天要吃的營養補給品實在多到嚇死人
我不知道那些到底是什麼
反正桌上超多一罐一罐的
看起來就跟藥局差沒多少
正常健身需要這麼多補充品嗎?
