健身車與跑步機會選哪個來運動呢? - 健身

如題,小弟公司備有健身腳踏車與踏步機,
若每天只有約40分鐘可以運動,
請問各位版友會選哪台來運動呢?
小弟很久沒運動了,不管是大腿,腹部,胸部(?)都是軟趴趴的
故主要是想減體脂肪練肌肉
因為聽說腿部佔人體70%肌肉,要提高基代/消耗熱量練腿很有效
故都是選擇採高阻力健身車40分鐘
運動程度為踩完拉筋完後,走下樓梯腳還會抖
若是跑步機,就是一直跑,但速度不敢太快怕跌倒
請問各位覺得以小弟的需求(減體脂肪)與時間(每天40分鐘)
該選擇哪一台來運動較好呢?
又針對手,腹,背就是在家裡做plank, 伏地挺身等
請問胸部的肌肉該如何在家裡練呢?
