請問有人這樣練側腹肌的嗎?
準備道具:2個跟訓練二頭肌等重的啞鈴
動作:雙腳與肩同寬,馬步狀,立舉啞鈴,手肘成90度與身體並攏,轉體。
啞鈴在身體兩側,吸氣;啞鈴在身體前方,吐氣。
請問這樣能達到不傷脊椎跟訓練效果嗎?

不是要練形狀,想練強度。 (打羽球用)
