昨晚6點錢就運動完了,用漫步機一小時
我知道這個時間點運動晚上會很好睡阿
但因為要做報告拖到11點才睡
但肩膀腰部都僵硬痠痛了很難入眠
12點半才睡著,隔天12點才起來
肩膀腰部膝蓋都超酸的 喔賣尬
怎麼會這樣? 是我身體太差?太久沒運動導致?

有一些肥肉....冏
