如題,剛剛才看到下個月中有一場比賽可比,所以就想不開的報名了
作為人生中的第一場比賽,希望上去別傷了裁判跟觀眾們的眼睛,也是尊重比賽,既然比
了就做到最好
報的是178以上形體跟80公斤傳統健美
目前個人資料如下,183/81.5, 體脂13.5啪左右,目標是在比賽當天降到183/79.5,體脂
10啪以
下
目前距離比賽還有27天,扣除比賽當週的肝醣超補週10天的話剩17天
也就是我得在17天內減掉4啪,約2.5公斤的體脂肪,看起來不太妙
目前的個人減脂規劃如下,一週六天重訓照舊,每日tdee-300的熱量赤字,另外加上每個
禮拜額外的3次60分鐘的有氧這樣去進行,不知道來不來的及趕上比賽?
另外想請教一般上色是自己上比較好還是去現場付費上比較好呢?
