如題 我傷剛好 只能練很輕的重量(但還是有到力竭)
有個疑問 我練大肌肉群組時 無法練
以前的重量 只能練很輕 也大多使用單關節的動作來練(怕扯到) 那我的休息時
間還是要和以前一樣48小時嗎 還是說反正輕的只是修修線條 休息個24小時就夠了
請各位大大幫我分析一下 感恩
