痾..不好意思..
因為以前有爬過精華區,卻又看沒有懂,
所以想說直接問也許會比較快..
今天我花了整天時間在看精華區..
(好多名詞看不懂,網址也全都都失連)
現在是半知半懂...
但是標準的姿態和訓練動作都有點不太清處..
所以想問一下,要去哪裡找詳細的資料?
還是要買書來看嗎?
(窮學生沒辦法去找老師..)
現在主要目標是
1. 增胖 (每天要吃4500卡)
2. 抬頭挺胸 (練核心肌群)
3. 拓寬肩膀 (練背)
4. 長胸 (練胸)
5. 手臂練粗 (練手臂)
除了這些是要加強的...
還要加上其他讓全身都有動到,
這樣沒錯吧?
那我要去買書來看,在家練怎麼練這些嗎?
有在家練的書,可以推薦一下?
(我剛轉學到大葉大學,不清處那裡的健身房。)
